Unboxing the June 2013 Pawalla Mini Box

1. Amazing Pet Lamb Chop

Estimated retail value: $2.00

This rubber squeaky toy is non-toxic and made of durable material. According to the toy label, it was made in China. Dumpling is not interested in this rubber toy, so this toy will be donated. I could not find this product online, so I am estimating the retail value to be about $2.

Retail value: $2.99

This is an adorable all-natural latex dog toy that has a squeaker. According to the toy label, it was made in China. Dumpling is not interested in this rubber-like toy, so this toy will be donated.

Retail value: $5.99

These treats are made with probiotics, to support digestive health. These treats are soft and chewy, so I am sure that Dumpling will love to eat these. I appreciate that these treats are free of wheat, corn, soy, byproducts, artificial flavors and colors. Also, I appreciate that Cloud Star donates to non-profit organizations.

Full size cost: $7.98 for 2 4-oz bags
Estimated retail value: $3.99

These licorice treats are supposed to help oral health. When we first adopted Dumpling, we used to brush his teeth regularly. However, I'll admit that as time went on, brushing his teeth became less of a priority and we would just give him dental chews. We are actually running out of our supply of dental chews, so I am happy to have these treats on hand. These treats are soft chews, so I'm sure that Dumpling will also love to eat these. I appreciate that these treats are free of wheat, soy, corn, sugar, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors. Each treat is only 16 calories, so I would feel comfortable giving Dumpling one of these treats every day.

Summary:

Total estimated retail value: 14.97

Product tally:
Treats = 2

Verdict:
Size: I was happy that we received 4 full size items!

Products: We received a nice variety of products this month. Dumpling is most excited about the In Clover Grin dental chew treats. I appreciate that all the edible goods are made in the USA.

Value: Fair. We received over $14 worth of products this month. Normally, pawalla mini boxes are $18 to $20 per month. We purchased a 3-month pawalla mini subscription on Fab for $38.
