Popsugar Must Have: Promo Code for a 3-Month Subscription

There's a new promo code for $10 off of a 3-month subscription to Popsugar must have box! Popsugar must have box is a lifestyle subscription box that is filled with items that are hand-selected by the Popsugar editors - previous boxes have included beauty products, scarves, spa wraps, home decor, books, chocolates and fitness items. Each Popsugar must have box includes a variety of full-size products worth over $100. A Popsugar must have box 3-month subscription costs $95, so this promo code would bring the grand total to $85 (less than $30 a month).

I seem to have amassed a small mountain of products in our tiny NYC apartment. One of the reasons behind the growing amount of products is because I had a recent Birchbox haul! 

In addition to monthly subscription boxes, Birchbox has an online store filled with beauty, lifestyle and even home goods. I've mentioned previously that Birchbox subscribers receive 10 reward points for completing product feedback surveys. For each 10 reward points, you get $1 credit in the Birchbox online shop. With a savvy combination of Birchbox points, promo codes and gifts with purchase, I only spent $54.48 for this entire haul (worth over $250). So, the Birchbox points system is wonderful.

Skincare Stash: Moisturizers with SPF Inventory

This post is solely on my stash of moisturizers that contain SPF. I'll write separate posts for exfoliators, masks, non-SPF containing moisturizers and other skincare products. For reference, I have acne-prone, combination-oily skin. 

I would like to age gracefully, so moisturizers that contain broad-spectrum SPF have become a regular part of my morning skincare routine. I like to use moisturizers that contain SPF because that eliminates a step in my morning routine. On a side note, I am relieved to see that I am not hoarding products in this particular skincare category (unlike my ridiculous stash of cleansers, serums and eye creams).

My morning skincare step-wise routine:
1. Cleanser
2. Toner
3. Serum
4. Eye cream
5. Moisturizer with SPF

Klutchclub June 2013 Women's Box Review

KLUTCHclub is a health, wellness and personal care subscription box. There are 4 different options: Women, Men, Mom and Best of Box. KLUTCHclub normally gives a preview of the regular monthly boxes for Women, Men and Mom. 

The reason that this June box review is delayed is because KLUTCHclub occasionally sells surplus boxes from previous months at a discounted price. I was able to purchase this box for only $8 (normally $18) - it was supposed to be the May box, but the May box had sold out, so KLUTCHclub sent me a June box.

Once again, I was slightly disappointed in the Conscious box contents. I procrastinated while writing this review because I prefer to not write negative reviews on products and subscription boxes. However, I reasoned that it would be helpful for readers to see the contents of the June Classic Conscious box to determine if this subscription box is a good fit for their lifestyle. These opinions are solely my own and keep in mind that the same products/subscription box may have been loved by others.
