Julep opened their very first pop-up shop on the East Coast and it is in NYC for the holidays! Julep is a beauty company that started as a nail parlor and has now ventured into e-commerce and subscription boxes. Julep's nail polishes are 4-free and do not contain formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene or DBP.
