Julep NYC Pop-Up Shop

Julep opened their very first pop-up shop on the East Coast and it is in NYC for the holidays! Julep is a beauty company that started as a nail parlor and has now ventured into e-commerce and subscription boxes. Julep's nail polishes are 4-free and do not contain formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene or DBP

The pop-up shop allows customers to explore the 5 different style profiles and also to build a customized Maven box ($19.99 for $40-$60 worth of products).

My style profile: Classic with a Twist
Free nail polish: Ciara

Maven box contents may include limited-edition nail colors, beauty and skincare products. Maven box products are organized by Julep style profiles: Boho Glam, Bombshell, Classic with a TwistIt Girl and Modern Beauty.

Visitors can also browse Julep's wide range of beauty products.

Additionally, customers are encouraged to test the Julep nail products by swatching, painting or touching-up their nails. Everything from acetone-free nail polish remover to cuticle serum is available for a quick manicure. One of the Julep pop-up staff members, Miriam, was kind enough to swatch polishes on her nails!

Receive 20% off all non-Maven box purchases by mentioning 'Julep20'.

Finally, according to the Julep Facebook page, a free nail polish will be given to the first 200 visitors each and every day of the pop-up shop. On the day that I went, the free nail polish was Ciara, a gorgeous magenta with teal micro glitter.
